Inspired by traditional mews buildings, this project looks at developing a prototype for suburban lots that provide a variety of housing options for small scale developers. By creating a central access way between two small suburban plots it allows for pedestrians and vehicles to access six residences. The residences vary in design and provide housing options for young families, professionals or students. Living areas have been located on the first floor to capture breezes. Each of the residences have private courtyards and car parking.
