A charming yet robust set of duplexes are tucked down a small beach lane in the beachside suburb of Miami on the Gold Coast.

The duplexes are stacked one on top of each other so as to capture panoramic ocean views to the east and views of the nature reserve to the west. The materials selected for the project were designed to be durable for the harsh coastal environment yet be warm, bright and light. A lift was included in Duplex A, in order to future proof the development for the Clients. Project completed in 2019.
