Located on a ‘battle axe’ and sloping site the development reads as a small-scale house from the street. Where the site widens the development increases in scale. The development provides for three single floor units, a resident’s pool house and parking.

The development increases residential density whilst also retaining and considering the residential amenity of the area. It is setback from side and rear boundaries to protect the amenity of adjoining residences and includes feature landscaping in the design.
