Preliminary Masterplan for a new performance track & 4WD centre to accompany the proposed new Brisbane Auto Mall. The masterplan carefully combines and considered varying uses, including a race track, pit garage, conference rooms, cafe and control tower. The masterplan established the minimum requirements for the proposed tenant to be able to successfully operate the track and provided multiple option including cost benefit analysis of multi-level car parking facilities.
