Combining salvaged materials, shipping containers and steel, the client for this project aims to create a mixed use arts precinct that celebrates its industrial setting and aesthetic. The  mixed use arts precinct, resembling a 'mad max' compound, showcases the clients engineering nous with shipping container studios that create a series of courtyards around an existing building and a proposed exhibition hall at the rear of the site. The project is being submitted for town planning approval.
